Our Process

Step 1) INITIAL CONSULTATION & EXPERT SURVEY

Simply contact us with your requirement and we will efficiently arrange a survey with one of our roofing experts

Step 2) QUOTATION & TECHNICAL SURVEY

We will send you a free no obligation quotation within 48 hours of the survey. Upon acceptance we will carry out a technical survey and will instruct one of our teams to carry out the works agreed.

Step 3) QUALITY ASSURANCE & FINAL PRODUCT

We will regularly inspect the progress of the work and once completed we will then carry out a quality check to ensure the work is to our standards. Payment is then required upon satisfactory completion and all warranties are issued on receipt of payment

    Will I receive a guarantee for a simple repair?

    Yes, of course, GM Roofing provide a guarantee for all completed repair work. And should you have any further questions following a repair, we have a dedicated customer care team who are always happy to help you.

    Will I expect any unforeseen costs?

    Our surveyor will carry out a full inspection in order to provide you with a detailed quotation for the repair work. We do not expect our customers to pay more than the quoted price.

    What type of repairs do you offer?

    GM Roofing provide a comprehensive repair service with no job too big or too small. Here is a selection of remedial repair services that we offer:-

    Damaged tiles / damaged ridge / damaged split lead / damaged or weathered sand and cement / damaged rubber / roof leaks / storm damage / velux and skypod leaks. GM roofing help and advise customers on all remedial repair enquiries, with over 25 years of experience we have the expertise to to assist with most remedial repairs. On the rare occasion that we are unable to a help, we will always recommend someone who can!

    What guarantee do GM Roofing provide for remedial repairs?

    GM Roofing provides all customers with a comprehensive 5 year guarantee which covers all work completed. Should you encounter any quality issues, general concerns or you would simply like to discuss your installation with someone, our friendly customer care team are always available to help and advise, even when the guarantee has expired.

    Is there a call out charge for a survey?

    GM Roofing offer a free of charge, no obligation quotation. During the initial visit, our surveyor will listen to and discuss your individual requirements. Approximate measurements will be taken in order to provide you with your quotation. Upon acceptance of your quotation an appointment will be arranged for a second survey to be conducted. During the second survey you are welcome to ask any additional questions and discuss changes to the installation details. Once your installation is complete a post installation quality check will be arranged, this is an opportunity for us to check the quality of our workmanship and for our customers to discuss the installation with us.
